User's Guide - Account
The Account section allows you to change your Password, Real Name and the Avatar graphic for the forums, which by they way, is another way to advertise your business.
Should you need to change your billing information, you may do so at the time you renew your listing. All billing information is strictly between you and your credit card company or with your PayPal account. You don't need to have a PayPal account to use our service, but you do need to have a credit card to pay for your listings. At NO time do we ever have access to any of your credit card or PayPal information; that way, your privacy is always protected.
In order to change any information on your account, you will need to login to your User Control Panel and click on the Account icon that is circled in this image:
When you click on the Account icon, you will see text similiar to this, only with your information that you entered when you registered:
Now you can make the changes you want to make. When you are finished, just click on the "Update" button or "Back to Control Panel" if you have no changes.
If you need to change your Username, you will need to contact us with:
Your current Username.
The Real Name you entered in that field.
Security Identifier Word or Number (for contacting us)....use this one to add a secret word/number to identify you, like a Scraboku number. Then include that same information when you contact us. This is all for verification/security purposes.

We need all that information for security purposes before we can change the username to what you want.
You will also need to contact us should you need to change the email address on your account. The email address must be verified before it can be changed. This verification is done through your email server, the same way it was when you first registered.
This is always automatically set on "Always show all icons" so that you can find what you are looking for with greater ease. This also helps when any new feature becomes available.
